Karate Training Method


A training method to prepare yourself from unexpected attacks from anyside..

In this training, the learner Karateka is made to stand in middle and the attackers are arranged surrounding the learner. When the Sensei (Teacher) says Hajime (Begin), then the attacker start attacking the front punch in Jodaan or Chudaan..... randomly from any side. The learner have to use the blocking technique whichever comes in mind first to block the punch quickly and after blocking use counter attack with a punch. 
The attackers attack randomly from any side... so the learner has to be careful and quick in responding the attack.

Quite sweating method of training.... Isn't it? but keep in mind :- 
"The more you sweat in practice, the less you bleed in battle."
